These Terms of Use are effective starting November 24, 2020.

If for any reason whatsoever you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by them, you must not access or use our website.

Prior to completing any purchases you must agree to the terms and conditions that are as followed:

*Exchanges are allowed based on product availability

*You can cancel and recieve a full refund on any order placed that has not shipped yet.

Any incorrect address will result of cancellation of entire order.

Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.


I understand the prosessing of all orders will take an additional 2 business days prior to shipping.

The Processing of Pre-orders could take an additional 3-4 business days prior to shipping.

Shipping exclude holidays or weekends. All orders are processed in the order received.

Any incorrect address will result of cancellation of entire order.

I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 5-7 business days OR MORE to receive my order.

I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.

I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

I understand that I MUST SIGN for my package in order for it to be DELIVERED. If the package is delivered without my signature, any loss is the responsiblity of USPS.

I understand that if I (the customer) choose to refuse/deny signature confirmation at checkout, we (Miink Brazilian) are not responsible for any loss of packages marked delivered by USPS.

If a package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them.

I understand Miink Brazilian is not responsible.

I understand that Miink Brazilian is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.

Any issues with delivery or status updates after we have scanned your items into the USPS system is out of our control and you must contact usps.

Miinkbrazilian.com will not accept any refunds or exchanges on any unraveled, damaged, used, worn, dyed or manipulated items.

Upon receiving your order please look THOROUGHLY over everything prior to unraveling and installing.

Any unused products in perfect condition that a customer decides to exchange will NOT receive a refund in shipping.

Any orders returned to sender will not receive a refund in shipping.

All shipping fees are non refundable.

* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

Agreeing to these terms and conditions forfeit the right to chargebacks, and Fradulent PAYPAL Claims opened in regards to your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
