Our hair is 100% Brazilian raw human hair, completely unprocessed, with no chemicals, mixed blends, fibers, or animal hair. Each bundle comes from a single donor, hand-selected and inspected by two quality control teams to ensure intact cuticles and superior weft strength. Miink hair is silkier, softer, thicker, longer-lasting, and simply better than the average bundle on the market.

Q. Does the hair shed?

Our hair experiences very minimal shedding, meaning there will never be a noticeable or drastic loss in density or volume. Any hair that has been stitched onto a weft may experience slight shedding, which is completely normal. However, after the second shampoo, shedding should no longer occur. To maintain the longevity of your extensions, avoid heat damage, over-processing, or moisture loss. Always use a heat protectant before applying thermal tools, have a licensed professional handle coloring, and shampoo & condition your extensions at least once a week for optimal health and longevity.

Q. Does the Hair Tangle?

Initially, our hair remains tangle-free. However, tangling may occur over time due to dryness, product buildup, or improper care. Factors such as excessive use of holding sprays, oils, and other styling products can create buildup, making the hair more prone to tangling. Lack of moisture, skipping regular shampooing and deep conditioning, or excessive heat styling without protection can also contribute to tangling. To keep your extensions smooth and manageable, be sure to cleanse them regularly, deep condition, and avoid heavy product buildup.

 Q. How many much does each bundle weigh?

Each bundle weighs between 90-100 grams, equivalent to approximately 3.2-3.5 oz. Because bundle weights may vary, two bundles of the same length can have different weft lengths. It's important to note that bundles should always be measured by weight, not by the length of the track.

Q. What color are the Miink Brazilian extensions?

Miink Brazilian Hair naturally ranges in color from 1B to 2, with some bundles occasionally being lighter. It does not come in true black. If you prefer black or jet black hair, it will need to be dyed or treated with a semi-permanent color. Since our hair is 100% human and sourced from single donors, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. In some cases, lighter natural pieces may be available upon request, but this is not guaranteed. Please note that color variations are not considered a defect, and we do not offer exchanges based on color dissatisfaction.

Q. Can I have my Miink Brazilian dyed/colored before having it shipped to me?

We do not provide coloring services before shipping. Once the hair is received, it is the customer's responsibility to have it colored by a licensed professional. If you have experience with coloring hair, you may choose to dye it yourself; however, we are not responsible for any processing errors or damage caused by color treatments.

Q. How many bundles do I need?

We recommend the following bundle quantities based on your desired length:

12-14 inches -At least 2 bundles

16-20 inches - At least 3 bundles

22-28 inches - At least 4 bundles

30+ inches & longer - At least 5 bundles

These recommendations apply to installs with lace closures and frontals as well.

Q. Can Miink Brazilian be dyed?

Miink Brazilian Hair is 100% raw human hair, allowing it to be bleached, rinsed, and dyed in a wide range of shades, from natural blondes, browns, and reds to bold, vibrant hues like purple, blue, and pink. Because our hair is completely unprocessed, it lifts beautifully when bleached, but the final result will depend on the method and products used. We strongly recommend having a licensed professional color your bundles to maintain the hairs integrity, prevent over-processing, and achieve the best possible outcome. Improper coloring can lead to dryness, breakage, or unwanted tones, so professional care is key to keeping your extensions healthy and long-lasting.

Q. If I straighten my Miink will it revert back to it natural state after I wash it?

The Body Wave texture has a soft, subtle wave pattern, but once heat is applied, the hair will become trained to stay straight and will not revert to its original wave.

The Deep Wave and Italian Curly textures, however, will revert back to their curly/wavy state after straightening or curling, though the pattern may loosen slightly.

If you purchase these textures, we highly recommend wearing them in their natural state first. Once you're ready for a different look, you can then apply heat to achieve a sleek or styled appearance.

Q. How long does Miink Brazilian hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, Miink Brazilian extensions can be reused and reinstalled for a minimum of 6 months and up to 1+ year. During styling, it's s inevitable that some hair will be cut by your stylist especially when creating bangs or shorter layers. When it's s time for a reinstall, we recommend purchasing at least one new bundle to replace any shorter pieces that can't be reused, ensuring a full and seamless look.

Q. How often can I wash my Miiink Brazilian Hair?

You can wash your Miink Brazilian Hair as often as you like, but we recommend cleansing it once a week using sulfate-free products to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft, and manageable. Avoid shampoos containing tea tree or mint, as they can cause the extensions to matte during washing. Instead, opt for products specifically designed to detangle, moisturize, smooth, add shine, and protect against split ends for the best hair care results.

Q. Can I blow dry my Miink Brazilian extensions?

Yes, you can blow-dry your Miink Brazilian extensions, but it's not the best option for longevity. Just like natural hair, excessive heat can weaken and damage your extensions over time.

To preserve quality, we recommend air drying or using an overhead dryer whenever possible. If you're short on time, apply a heat protectant, blow-dry until damp, then finish on a cool setting to prevent moisture loss. Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush while drying to reduce tangling, and avoid over-drying, which can lead to brittleness. For curly or wavy textures, scrunch the hair while air drying to maintain its natural pattern. Limiting heat exposure will keep your extensions soft, healthy, and long-lasting.

Q. Should I seal my wefts?

Sealing the wefts is optional, not mandatory. Our wefts are double-stitched and undergo strict quality assurance to ensure minimal to no shedding.

Q. Do you refunds and exchanges?

We offer refunds for items returned in the same condition as received, with the Miink seal intact.

• If you no longer need the hair upon receiving it, you must send clear photos of the bundles to (313) 466-4656 for approval before a refund is granted.

•Once approved, returns will be accepted for items that can be restocked.

 •You have 7 days to return the items for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes: Curly Textures (ex: Tight Curly, Deep Wave, Body Wave, Italian Curly); Refunds will not be granted if the curls have been finger-combed, pulled apart, or manipulated, resulting in frizz.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.

Q. Do you offer overnight/expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is offered occasionally and will be available as an option at checkout when applicable.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?

Please allow 7-10 business days (maximum) for your order to be delivered. However, depending on the shipping destination, some orders may arrive as soon as 2 days.

Q. How long after I purchase, will I receive a tracking number?

 
The time between placing your order and receiving tracking information depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your shipping label is printed, tracking will be automatically sent to your email within the specified shipping timeframe.

The same tracking number will be sent via Shopify once your package has been dropped off at USPS.

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Q. Do I have the option to "Pick up" my order in person if I order online?

Once a purchase is made online, in-store or local pickup is not an option. All orders must be shipped to ensure tracking is provided, protecting both the buyer and seller. Proof of delivery is required for every transaction.

Q. Is there a location where I can purchase/pickup Miink Brazilian?

Unfortunately, Miink Brazilian Hair no longer has a pickup location. All orders are exclusively available online at MiinkBrazilian.com and must be shipped.

Q. Can Miink Brazilian blend with my natural hair even though its so silky?

Miink Brazilian Hair is designed to blend seamlessly with all hair textures across all ethnicities. If you feel your natural hair won’t blend or isn’t long enough for a flawless install, we offer closures and frontals made from the same high-quality hair as our Miink Brazilian bundles.

Q. What if I receive my order and its missing parts or incomplete?
